Description
The star Procyon in the Canis Minor constellation is one of the 10 brightest stars seen from Earth because of the binary star system's closeness to the sun. When it comes to Dahlia 'Procyon', it's highly likely its brightness rating will be even higher—perhaps among the top five bright stars in your late summer garden. The flowers vary a little from bloom to bloom but they will still shine brightly as a result of their large (20-25cm) orange and yellow flowers.
Decorative Dahlia 'Procyon' has full double blooms shining bright yellow trimmed with a brushing of orange which widens as the petals get longer.
