Description
If you want something a little different from the ordinary, then you must grow Tulip 'Danique'. It's a beautiful, unique, multi-flowering tulip. Each star-shaped bloom has petals that are predominately dusky, peach-pink, but with centres of black and yellow—which make a fabulous contrast. It was bred from tulip cultivars that are known to be challenging to breed—the breeders did all of the hard work, so you don’t have to. It was well worth the effort!
Botanical Tulip 'Danique' is strongly perennial—in other words it will permanently colonize an area when it’s in a position it likes, unlike the large Darwin-like hybrids that are recommended to be lifted and replanted each year. It is one of the many treasures of the tulip family that can provide wonderful diversity to your garden.
