Hyacinths are easy to grow and very reliable—it’s simply a case of planting the bulbs outdoors in autumn and leaving them to it. What’s more, they return perennially for a good number of years. They look great grouped together on their own but if you’re thinking about combinations, try pairing Hyacinthus orientalis 'Aqua'ᴾᴮᴿ with early-flowering botanical tulips like Tulip 'Nora', Tulip 'Danique' or Tulip 'Coerulea Oculata Alba'.
