Description
Elegantly simple, the Calla Lily 'Captain Ventura' is all about sophistication and class. Its pure white trumpet bloom is flushed up from the sturdy stems with fresh green ending in a yellowish tinge when it first opens. As it matures, a creamier white blushed with a little pink takes over. This calla lily, like many others of its kind, shows a sprinkling of white on the large leaves, adding a final touch to the grace, elegance and superb freshness of the plant. Calla Lily 'Captain Ventura' will be sure to attract butterflies and bees with its long yellow multi-flowered spadix, which stands upright among the swirling coloured leaf often mistaken for a flower. It will look great in borders or containers.
