“Roses are red (sometimes), Violets are blue (most of the time), and Narcissus Sweetness is a golden charmer, made for you!” Yes, it’s corny, but it’s true! Sweet in its scent, sweet in its looks, the Sweetness jonquil makes a wonderful addition to any garden. The very classical, yellow blooms are carried in groups of up to five flowers per stem. It’s like a constellation of stars drifting above the green foliage. Narcissus 'Sweetness' is a great forcer, has a very nice fragrance and is considered to be a jonquilla narcissus.
Best of all, you can grow it as a perennial, letting it go to sleep in summer right where it’s planted. It’s a tough, and trouble-free bulbous pant, so you can expect your Narcissus 'Sweetness' to come back every spring for years to come.
