Plant daffodil bulbs from September to November. If needed, store them somewhere cool and dry, away from mice, but plant before they begin to deteriorate.

Narcissus
'Pink Charm'
daffodil
It's certainly a case of pretty in pink, and including charm in the name couldn’t be more appropriate for the girlishly charming Narcissus 'Pink Charm'. The whiter than white outer petals set off the delightful trumpet-like cups for a delicate display in the mid spring garden. Pink Charm's large cup blends its colours from an ivory base into a pale apricot pink and then finally into a deep coral pink which highlights the soft wavy frills on the edge.
Narcissus 'Pink Charm's charming blooms are just begging to be planted en masse for an enchanting effect in the garden, or cut to make a truly pretty arrangement in an indoor vase.

Plant calendar
Choose full sun or partial shade. Improve heavy soil with organic matter and horticultural grit. For containers, use peat-free multipurpose compost with good drainage.
Plant bulbs pointed side upwards, two to three times their own height deep and around 10cm apart. Smaller bulbs can be planted slightly closer together.
Water after planting if the soil is dry. Established bulbs in borders rarely need more, but water during dry spring weather and keep containers lightly moist.
Remove faded flowers, but leave the stems and foliage until they turn yellow and die back naturally. The bulbs can remain planted throughout the year.
