Description
Simple, charming elegance is the only way to describe this crisp white double tulip. Delightfully tickled pink on the outer petals, Tulip 'Double Surprise' is reminiscent of a peony flower, with layers and layers of perfect soft petals. This tulip is wonderful as a cut flower and planted as drifts through your border. And the surprise—the multiple flowering heads! Up to six or seven on each tall stem, this unique late flowering tulip brings serenity and calm to the border with its gentle pink blushes.
We think Tulip 'Double Surprise' looks great en masse on its own for a statement, injecting light to border, but this would also pair wonderfully with Tulip 'Double Shake', to really bring out the glorious blush.
